How It Works

At txtsignal, we place heavy emphasis on not just providing a top-class SMS platform, but empowering txtsignal users to be successful in their marketing efforts.

Calculating Messages

Each txtsignal plan is structured to fit teams and businesses of every size. With each plan, you’re able to send a certain number of messages each month.

The number of messages in your account is a total of all available individual text messages. For example, if you have 400 contacts and send one text message to the entire group, that’s 400 messages. If you send another, that’s 800. If you send another text to a segmented group that only includes half of your contacts, you’re at 1000.

Rolling Over Unused Messages

With rollover messages, any messages that you don’t use in one month will automatically be rolled over into the next month, up to the maximum number of monthly messages in your plan.

For example, say you have the Basic txtsignal plan. In January, you only send 2300 of your available 2500 messages. In February, those extra 200 are added onto your account, so you can send 2700 messages in February.

• You have the control to plan ahead and save messages for busier months.

Rollover Messages is now available on all txtsignal plans. It’s entirely free, and you don’t have to set anything up. Available messages are rolled over automatically, so you can start using your unused messages immediately.
